We are pleased to share that we have been awarded a new contract in Sweden, that will enable us to continue providing life-enhancing renal care in the country and consolidate Diaverum’s position as the market leader in private dialysis provision.
Diaverum is a long-term provider of renal care services in Falköping, having managed the clinic in Mösseberg since 2007. The new contract is due to commence on 1 August 2022, and will extend until 31 July 2027. Following this, there is an additional option to add on another three years.
The contract encompasses the provision of fully managed services, including haemodialysis (HD) and haemodiafiltration (HDF). The news is particularly well-timed; the clinic, presently serving about 50 patients, and hence is Diaverum’s largest clinic in Sweden, recently celebrated its 20-year anniversary.
Commenting on the news, Annica Rosenborg, Area Manager for Diaverum Sweden, said: “This news is very welcome and testament to the True care our clinic staff has provided to patients these past years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are energised and ready to continue providing the highest possible standards of renal care in the years to come”.
With this news, Diaverum Sweden has solidified its leadership in the private dialysis market, with more than 65 staff caring for about 200 patients across five clinics, and now looks forward to welcoming holiday patients over the summer season.
