We offer tailored programmes for high-potential employees in different disciplines to share best practices and gain international experience while ensuring they are fully supported during the programmes.
With our Integration Nurse programme we offer an opportunity for nurses to participate in overseas assignments, typically in new markets. These assignments usually last 6-12 months during which the integration nurses share their experience with the local team while sharpening their own skills and knowledge. The Integration Nurse programme is a crucial part of Diaverum’s integration process to support the establishment of new markets. Our nurses also enjoy a job guarantee in their home countries once they repatriate.
Our people are great at what they do and they enjoy sharing their knowledge and skills. With our d.ROTATION programme we foster cultural exchange and best practice-sharing among nurses. These assignments are typically 12-24 months and support the personal development of our staff as well as the exchange of best practices. As with the integration nurses, the nurses who participate in the d.ROTATION programme have a guaranteed job in their home country once they complete their assignment.
