On International Nurses’ Day, we want to celebrate our nurses all over the world, who tirelessly deliver life-enhancing renal care to around 40,000 patients globally.

At Diaverum, our nurses are the backbone of our True care culture.  By building direct and long-lasting relationships with our patients, they are essential in empowering them to live fulfilling lives, every single day.

In the past two years, the pandemic has shown us all too clearly that nursing requires real investment to protect and secure the future of global health. For this reason, we are proud to support this year’s IND theme: ‘Nurses – a voice to lead – invest in nursing and respect rights to secure global health’.

In our latest video series, ‘Voices from the Frontline’, our frontline care professionals share their thoughts on what it means to be a nurse. To mark today’s date, we invite you to hear directly from Elżbieta Filipek, Diaverum’s Nursing Manager, about how she changes the world… as she says, by changing the world of one person today, and another’s tomorrow.
