We are about 13,500 Diaverum colleagues globally with a patient-centric True care culture at the heart of everything we do. Finding like-minded individuals committed to delivering life-enhancing renal care is crucial, requiring a constant, clear and creative focus on attracting the best people to join our team.

To help support teams locally as well as to be able to reach out as a global company, we are collecting stories from across the company as part of a new talent attraction strategy. Entitled ‘Voices from the frontline’, the concept is straightforward, but compelling – to present the thoughts, views and stories of people from across the business in an authentic and emotionally engaging way that resonates with viewers, whether that’s potential staff, current employees, partners, or patients - truly connecting audiences to Diaverum and our values.

Over the past few weeks, a series of photoshoots have been taking place across the UK and Poland, capturing stories of competence, passion and inspiration from nurses, doctors, clinic administrators, office staff. Today we are gladly releasing the first of this video series, featuring Tomasz Rybka, Nurse, from Diaverum Iława in Poland, who embarked on a career in nursing when he wanted to find meaningful ways of helping people.

Watch Tomasz Rybka video and stay tuned for more ‘Voices from the frontline’ being released over the next few months.

Joanna Borczak, Director, Global Marketing & Societal Engagement, explained more: “Whether working in a clinic or in an office, in any one of our locations worldwide, at Diaverum, our people are our business; each and every one of us plays a role in delivering life-enhancing renal care to our patients. It’s so important to share their stories – whether with potential recruits, or current employees – Diaverum is an organisation to be proud of being a part of and to want to join.”

Mónica Morera, Director of Talent Attraction  & Onboarding, added that: “Motivation and commitment are two qualities essential in setting companies and candidates apart. Our True care culture is a key ingredient of our Employee Value Proposition and one we would like to celebrate with our current employees and share with prospective candidates. We are immensely proud of our individual and collective contributions to ensuring life-enhancing renal care and would to potential candidates whose values and purpose align with ours”.
